Interior furnishings include comprehensive procurement and delivery of all materials, furniture, equipment, and decorative items specified in the design project. We will independently furnish your interior based on the approved design project, organizing the selection, procurement, and delivery of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing, and interior decor.
The bureau's procurement specialist supports the project throughout all stages of implementation, overseeing the production, delivery, and installation of custom-made products. All discounts and special terms offered by the bureau's suppliers are utilized to maximize the client's profit and optimize the project budget (from 3% to 35%).
The procurement process begins after the design project is completed and continues throughout the entire construction and finishing period.
The assembly service includes:
PRICE: 10% of the estimated cost for purchases according to the design project
All designer discounts from suppliers are provided to the customer.
- Full procurement cycle: selection of items, approval of samples, negotiations with suppliers, organization of deliveries and installation
- Handling complaints
- Project budget control
- Request and verification of invoices, commercial proposals and contracts, monitoring of timely payments
- Checking article numbers, selecting and coordinating material samples with the customer
- Monitoring the timing of production, delivery, and installation of furniture, lighting, plumbing, and finishing materials
- Organization of logistics and deliveries to the site
