DESIGN PROJECT +
An extended version of the complete design project for clients who want to gain maximum information about their future interior before renovations begin. In addition to developing a layout, photorealistic renderings, and a full set of working documentation and specifications, this service includes a number of additional tools to reduce risks during the implementation phase and make more informed decisions.
As part of this service, we create an interactive 3D tour of the future interior, perform a detailed lighting calculation for the rooms, consult on redevelopment approvals, and provide one month of designer supervision after the start of construction. This format is for clients who want more control, confidence, and comfort during the project implementation phase.
Work on the project consists of 4 stages:

Space Planning
- You fill out the technical specifications;
- We conclude an agreement;
- We take measurements of the existing premises,

- We prepare planning solutions by analyzing the technical specifications you provide.
- We present you with 3 options to choose from.
- We assemble one final one from them, taking everything into account

Stage 2

Development of interior design concept.

- Все решения мы подбираем на основе ассортимента реальных производителей и поставщиков. Благодаря этому вы сразу видите, какие предметы будут использованы в проекте и в каком ценовом диапазоне они находятся.
- Утвержденная концепция становится основой для создания 3D-визуализаций и позволяет максимально точно передать будущий интерьер уже с первых вариантов.

Author's supervision
1 month of author's supervision after the start of construction work
The author's supervision service includes:
- Регулярный выезд дизайнера на объект 1 раз в 10 дней
- Консультирование строителей и других подрядчиков по проекту
- Координация строителей с подрядными организациями
- Проверку соответствия производимых работ дизайн-проекту
- Корректировку и уточнение чертежей дизайн проекта, при необходимости
